McDonald's in Chemnitz

Today we were at Mc Drive with our granddaughter, the Chicken Mc Nuggets were missing at Happy Mael. That was not very nice because she likes them best. The staff should work a little more carefully.

We waited a relatively long time in the drive in for the short queue and the seller did not wear the mask up to his nose. Would be appropriate in the catering business. Otherwise the food was tasty and warm.

The snack salads are getting smaller and smaller and one was only half full.

Happy Meal unfortunately not included, but of course let me pay for it. Gave very sad children's eyes.

The service has improved a lot. The people are friendly and the food is tasty. What I think best is how McDonalds is committed to children. The toys in happy times are often very useful and as an alternative there is always a book. Keep it up.

So today we had everything in the bag that we had ordered ... but it was only ONE MENU .... everything that is more must be checked .... unfortunately we often found out too late that a lot was missing ... However, today I still had an incredibly unpleasant smell in my nose when I was standing at the window ... I have absolutely no prejudices for stronger people, but today it was so extreme that I honestly no longer had an appetite. And I can't imagine that colleagues don't notice it too ..... I think you can talk to something like this discreetly ...

Unfortunately one has not covered oneself with fame again. When ordering, unfortunately, half was missing. This is doubly annoying in these times because you only notice it at home. It wasn't as if there was a lot going on where that could happen. Rather, it appeared that the language barrier between the different nationalities of the workforce was lacking. At least there was a small compensation for the double trip over 40 km.

November 2020, Saturday 20:50, no other restaurants were opened because of virus. I didn't have lunch that day, so you saved my a*s with a signature avocado burger (it was delicious). Thanks ;-)

Unfortunately we were disappointed again in this branch. With a slightly larger order (due to Corona now only to take away), we were disappointed to find that the products we had ordered were missing. This has happened to us several times here in Nefepark. So far I've always blamed it on the stress of lunchtime, but today we were the only ones, so no stress.

Ordered online and didn't get what I ordered. Giving back was also not possible, “you won't get the money back”. Of course, there were no receipts either, so I cannot give any feedback on the McDonalds platform. What is wrong with you in terms of customer satisfaction, receipt requirements and distance selling?

If the iced crush like iced cup Tim Horton in Canada ?? will be more tasty?

No matter whether during the day or in the evening, whether during the drive in or inside - meals can be eaten here at almost any time of the day, very friendly service, fast processing, clean! There are several parking spaces on site and the little ones have also been thought of, a playground is appropriate! There is also a business park and a large shopping center nearby!

Underground. We have been waiting for our food for 45 minutes. Sure, it's full. People can't do more than work but then I have to introduce access restrictions in times of Corona so that the waiting time is shortened. Keyword: QUICK RESTAURANT !!!

We ordered here today. And there was no complete menu of the citizens. And the citizen was the most expensive of our orders. With us, at least one thing is always missing.

In times of corona, people are crowded in the order area without a mask. (October 9, 2020 at 6.45 p.m.) Employee asked, answer from her. "I don't have time to control that and I don't care" very, very sad. So we need not be surprised at increasing numbers.

You can no longer feel the former fast food quality, especially with ice cream. The ice cream tastes like nothing. Coffee was okay.

I think the selection is dense and so far most of what I have been served in front of me has been thoroughly bombastic. The decoration on the seats and in the entire restaurant is decent and aesthetic. The toilet is always clean and all in all the restaurant gives a charming impression. The staff was quick, clean and friendly. I found the offer extremely sympathetic.

It's very pleasant here for a fast good restaurant. There is no packaging waste lying around and it is quiet. You can also sit outside in the green.

Thick strawberry milkshake with a cardboard straw ... Great idea from the eco fuzzis .... While you try to pull the shake through the straw upstairs, the cardboard softens and you have the whole cardboard taste in your mouth .... Green Mac Donalds all well and good, but that doesn't work ... I have now bought a reusable straw ...

So that with the order boards is a great idea. But maybe you shouldn't do the ice cream and milkshake first if you have almost 15 items. In the end you only have milk and no shake or ice cream. It is also good that the environment is now being thought of, but using a thin cardboard straw with a milkshake is really impractical, because nothing comes out and you have the feeling of only drinking foam. Due to the cardboard straw, the shake no longer tastes the way it used to. That really still needs to be worked on.

Unfortunately, you always have to check whether the order is complete in this branch. Out of about 10 visits, 7 or 8 times at least one thing was missing. Furthermore, with the table service, you get neither napkins nor a straw brought to the seat. Ordering at the counter here is a pure test of patience, as the staff does not understand you. Simply underground service.

Obviously not updated at all, opening time says 7am, however real opening is from 10am
